"For me, being a counsellor is
a calling. I am passionate about what I do."
I have been a Registered General Nurse under Professional Organisations with over forty years of experience and a qualified clinical teacher with experience in management and advanced clinical crisis. My therapy involves developing a strong interpersonal relationship with each client, ensuring that the best practices and standards of clinical practice are provided for my clients and supervisees.
My responsibilities have varied from management to education across the public and private sectors as a Registered Nurse. I have also served overseas in post-war conflict environments with the Queen Alexander Royal Army Nursing Corps in the Falklands Isles. I am currently a Faculty member of the Clinical Training and Evaluation Centre (CTEC) at the University of Western Australia, as well as an Adjunct Faculty member of Notre Dame University, Western Australia.
Working as a Nurse has enabled me to enhance my skills while providing me with a lifetime of experiences to work in collaboration with the various interdisciplinary teams necessary to bring healing to my Clients and Patients.
